Product Description:

Similar to Rod Serling's TWILIGHT ZONE, THE OUTER LIMITS is a show that weaves a dramatic narrative around some fantastical events. Six episodes from the show are collected here. Among them are "The Second Soul," in which aliens come to earth to try and prevent the extinction of their race; "The Other Side" features Ralph Macchio (THE KARATE KID) as a doctor who makes a startling breakthrough; "New Lease," in which an experiment involving reanimated corpses brings the doctor who invented it back to life; "Essence of Life" sees a new drug creating an artificial euphoria among the depleted citizens of earth, who have seen a virus significantly shrinking their numbers; "Human Trials," which features some sinister goings on as four candidates train to become a part of a secret mission; and "Black Box," which features a race against time to discover a missing biological weapon.
