In this satire of 1950s sci-fi matinees, Lou Costello plays an amateur scientist who invents a time machine that also has a way of changing people into strange things as it moves them through time. The machine turns Costello into a rocket and his girlfriend into the behemoth bride the title suggests.
In sci-fi parody obviously inspired by the previous year's ATTACK OF THE FIFTY FOOT WOMAN, an Abbott-less Lou Costello plays a small town garbageman who invents a potion which he uses to make his girlfriend grow into a 30 foot giant. This was his last film before his death the same year.
