A gaggle of bank robbers have their eyes set on the seemingly small target of a bank temporarily stationed in a mobile home. Stealing from the bank doesn't seem as easy as first thought, so these criminals decide to change the plans to take the whole bank. Lifting the bank and painting it pink these bold criminals move the bank under the dark of night in this wild 1974 caper film. Directed with superb timing and choreography from former dancer Gower Champion, the film stars George C. Scott in a rare comic turn as the leader of the bank robbers. The film is based on Donald Westlake's comedic crime novel, a sequel to his highly successful THE HOT ROCK, which was made into a film starring Robert Redford.
