Product Description:
THE BOOGEYMAN: A strange, memorable film from horror dilettante Ulli Lommel, whose long and multifaceted career in the industry is highlighted by this project, which combines the best elements of HALLOWEEN and THE EXORCIST. Susanna Love (BLANK GENERATION)--Lommel's wife--and Nicholas Love (WILD AT HEART) star as Lacey and Willy, young adults haunted by a terrible incident in their past, when as children they killed their mother's abusive lover. The incident took place in front of a mirror, and now Willy, who has become mute, is terrified of them. Lacey, for her part, is occasionally possessed by an evil spirit, despite her efforts in psychotherapy. She decides to revisit her old home, where, looking into the same mirror, she sees the dead man walking toward her. Terrified, she breaks the mirror, apparently releasing the evil spirit, which then goes on a rampage, brutally killing anyone who touches a shard of the mirror.
THE RETURN OF THE BOOGEYMAN: The final film in the BOOGEYMAN trilogy is an unconventional indie shocker. Annie (Kelly Galindo) is tormented by dreams of a man with no face, and she soon realizes that she is having premonitions of actual crimes this man will commit. With the help of a few friends, including her psychiatrist, Annie attempts to locate the criminal before he strikes again-but are they simply playing into his hands'
