Product Description:

This sequel to IN THE HEAT OF THE NIGHT finds Mr. Tibbs involved in the investigation of a San Francisco murder. As the probe widens, Tibbs finds that one of the main suspects is his best friend.

Plot Synopsis:

In this second installment of the Tibbs trilogy, detective Virgil Tibbs must track down a prostitute's murderer. The prime suspect: Reverend Logan Sharpe, a politically active cleric engaged in governmental reform. The pious preacher might be an upstanding pillar in the local community but detective Tibbs has semen samples and eye witnesses that might reveal otherwise.
