Plot Synopsis:

This documentary focuses on the popular American leader during a visit to Ireland -- five months prior to his murder. President John F. Kennedy traveled to the Emerald Isle in June of 1963. As he toured the country, the Irish-Catholic Kennedy was treated as if he were a native. By incorporating heretofore unseen footage viewers see a people made proud by Kennedy's enthusiastic rediscovery of his roots.
