Product Description:

In this mystery miniseries, originally aired on public broadcasting, a former Scotland Yard detective Albert Tyburn (Trevor Eve) is sent to Nairobi to lead a new criminal investigation unit, where he encounters a complex mix of blackmail, murder, and passion. As he works to fight crime in this gritty city, he also must contend with the colonialistic leanings of the country's expatriate population. In THE SPORT OF KINGS, Tyburn dives into the case of a newspaper executive found murdered by arson in his bed. Because the man had recently been found innocent in a high-profile murder case, Tyburn must assess whether the cases are connected, but when he uncovers a series of shocking secrets, he must resolve the case quickly, as well as his ongoing love affair with Emma Fitzgerald (Susannah Harker).
