Product Description:

In this mystery miniseries, originally aired on public broadcasting, a former Scotland Yard detective Albert Tyburn (Trevor Eve) is sent to Nairobi to lead a new criminal investigation unit, where he encounters a complex mix of blackmail, murder, and passion. As he works to fight crime in this gritty city, he also must contend with the colonialistic leanings of the country's expatriate population. In HIDE IN PLAIN SIGHT, Tyburn must face off with an intimidating witch doctor after a young girl dies suspiciously in a nearby Christian mission. In the midst of dealing with anger from the local tribe, blackmail, and a trail of manufactured evidence and hidden identities, Tyburn's relationship with the lovely Emma Fitzgerald (Susannah Harker) develops into something more serious.
