Description by OLDIES.com:

Mary Dakin, granddaughter of a mattress tycoon, wants to be loved for herself and not her millions. She heads to Chicago to reinvent herself as an "ordinary" woman and scores a job selling mattresses at a department store, where she meets fellow worker Bob Spencer. Mary is determined to keep her heiress identity hidden from Bob, even after they eventually marry. But when Bob's job is suddenly in jeopardy, Mary realizes she'll have to tell him the truth.

Anne Nagel was a child actress as well as a skilled dancer. She performed several uncredited film roles during the 1930s before appearing in Hot Money (1936) and Here Comes Carter (1936), both of which starred her husband, Ross Alexander. She went on to star in cult horror classics like Black Friday (1940) and The Mad Monster (1942). Weldon Heyburn served in the U.S. Army before embarking on his film career; he's best known for his roles in films such as Dynamite Delaney (1936) and The 13th Man (1937). Harry Davenport was a considerable star of the stage and screen; his most famous role was as Dr. Meade in Gone With The Wind (1939). London-born Arthur Greville Collins directed numerous theater productions before relocating to Hollywood; his films include Thank You, Jeeves! (1936) and Paradise Isle (1937).
