At the behest of RKO Radio Pictures, Morgan Conway took on the role of Dick Tracy in 1945, made famous by Ralph Byrd in the massively popular serials. Though fans at the time preferred Byrd's portrayal, who was eventually brought back, both renditions of the raincoat-clad detective have gained their share of devotees over time. This collection presents both actors in the role, with Conway stopping crooks in DICK TRACY, DETECTIVE and DICK TRACY VS CUEBALL while Byrd talks tough in DICK TRACY DILEMMA and DICK TRACY MEETS GRUESOME (featuring Boris Karloff as the latter).
