Description by OLDIES.com:

General Dwight D. Eisenhower introduces this powerful motion picture which documents the Allied crusade to liberate Europe from the grip of Nazi Germany. The story begins with the staggering logistics and vast stores of supplies amassed in England and continues with the D-Day invasion. Highlights include the devastating Allied air campaign, the Battle Of The Bulge and the penetration of the Siegfried line leading to the fall of Berlin. With legendary Garson Kanin (Adam's Rib - 1949) and Carol Reed (The Third Man - 1949) directing, The True Glory delivers a vivid true depiction of the destruction of the German Reich.
