Description by OLDIES.com:

CARAVAN TO NILING (1957): Emmy-Award nominated filmmaker and scholar Dr. Michael Hagopian journeys to the Himalayas to study the ancient culture of Tibet in rarely seen footage from the classic travelogue television series Bold Journey.

PACIFIC ISLAND (1949): This International Film Foundation short subject explores the daily activities of the Marshall Islanders in this rare artifact that displays post war American chauvinism.

SAVAGE FLAME (1962): Christian missionaries and doctors battle disease and superstition among the primitive tribes deep in the jungles of South America.

VIVA MEXICO: A CULTURAL PORTRAIT (1970): This Eastern Airlines travelogue showcases the exotic splendors of Mexico from the modern bustle of Mexico City to the mysterious ancient ruins of the Mayans.

CARTOON KING IN AFRICA (1958): Hollywood cinematographer, Miki Carter, takes you behind-the-scenes on location in Africa as he shoots a Tarzan movie (starring Gordon Scott) in two episodes of the classic travelogue series, Bold Journey. Amazing footage shows how spectacular action, animal and location shots are achieved.
