Like an updated version of THE BRADY BUNCH for a new generation, LIFE WITH DEREK finds good-natured humor in the trials of a blended family. When George (John Ralston), the father of three, and Nora (Joy Tanner), a mother of two, decide to get married and meld their broods into one, their eldest children, Derek (Michael Seater) and Casey (Ashley Leggat), find a new goal in life: to make each other's lives miserable. More so than their younger step-siblings, the high schoolers have difficulty adjusting to their new lifestyle, and promptly go to battle both at home--over bedroom assignments and control of the remote--and at school, where hilarious pranks and snarky nicknames are fair game. This introductory collection includes every mischievous moment from the first season, as well as an additional hour of exciting behind-the-scenes bonuses.

Derek (Michael Seater) and Casey (Ashley Leggat) are typical teenagers who suddenly become brother and sister when their parents marry.
