Description by OLDIES.com:
Broadway star Maggie Garret sings for her supper. And for everybody else's. She's the meal ticket for relatives who sap her of money and time, rob her of the joy of living. But Maggie's workaday world changes when she meets a carefree millionaire who thinks Maggie is a peach. And her family is the pits.
A very career-minded and wealthy star of radio gets caught up in a romance with a globe-trotting ship owner.
A young stage star is at the prime of her career. She lives an intensely hectic life, chock full of promotional appearances and shallow, greedy family members. But all this begins to change when a young millionaire rescues her from a mob of adoring fans. Somehow, his good intentions are misunderstood and the police arrest him. As it would happen, this won't be their last encounter, for the court has appointed the young star his probation officer -- and he has to report to her twice a week.
