Produced by legendary Stax guitarist Steve Cropper, "Lydia" was Cold Blood's fifth album, and it marked the album where the band began to be marketed as "Lydia Pense With Cold Blood" rather than just "Cold Blood." "Lydia" peaked at #126 on the Billboard Pop Albums chart when released in 1974.
