While media images would have us believe that yoga is only for lithe young beauties, Peggy Cappy has reclaimed "yoga for the rest of us." Aimed at the complete beginner or someone whose mobility is limited due to age or physical ailments, this presentation offers three easy, effective 20-minute stretching programs that can be modified with a chair. The three sections--warmups, standing and balancing postures, and a fluid Sun Salutation series--can be used separately or all together. Cappy leads students of varying ability levels in demonstrating the postures both with modifications and without.
