Buddy Knox and Jimmy Bowen attended the same college, where they met and began performing music together. In the late '50s, the two men proved to be popular triple threats - singers, songwriters, and players. The Buddy Knox album was originally released in 1957; the album with Knox and Jimmy Bowen (one side is performed by Knox, and the other by Bowen) was released in 1958.
