Description by OLDIES.com:

High above the streets of the city, Matt Carney's wrecking crew risks their lives demolishing buildings. Matt's old pal Duke Mason is an ace wrecking ball operator, but when they both fall for pretty Peggy Starr, conflict arises. Labeled a "jinx" after a tragic accident on the job site, Duke takes off, abandoning both his work and Peggy. Before Matt and Peggy can marry, a wall collapses, leaving Matt fighting for his life. Duke learns of the catastrophe and races back to the wrecked building. Putting his own life on the line, he ascends the crumbling walls, bringing with him Matt's only chance for survival.

Jean Parker had a long successful career on Broadway and in motion pictures appearing in the original Little Women (1933) as well as Frank Capra's Lady For A Day (1933) and costarred with Laurel And Hardy in The Flying Deuces (1939). Richard Arlen's most notable role was in the 1927 Academy Award winner Wings with Clara Bow. Chester Morris, who appeared in The Big House (1930), starred as Boston Blackie in 14 films (1941 to 1949) and went on to a busy television career that continued up until his passing in 1970.
