Project: Kill is an elite U.S. Intelligence operation for training covert, mind-controlled assassins. John Trevor, the commander of the unit and a former graduate, has seen enough death and destruction for ten lifetimes and he wants out - but that's against company rules. When Trevor escapes to the Philippines, he's followed by a small army of sadistic underworld thugs who want the secret to Project: Kill's programming methods.
