To commemorate the 250th anniversary of Bach's death four of the world's best classical pianists have gathered to record the 48 preludes and fugues of THE WELL TEMPERED CLAVIER. Andrej Gavrilov, Angela Hewitt, Joanna MacGregor, and Nikolai Demidenko each perform 12 preludes and fugues from selected locations in Barcelona, Venice, Oxford and Bach's birthplace, Eisenach to honor their instrument's spiritual grandfather.
