Twenty-one-year-old Frank Cimballi embarks on a mission to find the men that embezzled his inheritance. He hires a private investigator to track down his father's former business associates and uncovers their devious plot to rob him of millions. Frank's search takes him from Kenya to St. Tropez and across the Atlantic to Canada, where he finds Will Scarlet, the financial genius behind his father's business. Will is gravely ill and admits his role in stealing the inheritance. To atone, he agrees to help Frank get the last man on his revenge list.

Frank Cimballi (Eric Stoltz) is a 21-year-old rich kid who goes to claim his inheritance only to find it's been embezzled by his father's former business partners. Traveling the globe in search of the white-collar thieves who have robbed him of millions, Frank locates his father's seriously ill associate Will Scarlet (F. Murray Abraham), who admits to his role in the crime and agrees to help Frank track down the rest of the men on his revenge list.
