JANE FONDA'S COMPLETE WORKOUT: Features exercises that maximize the burning of body fat, develop muscle tone, build strength and improve flexibility. It can be utilized as a 70-minute entire body program or as two 45-minute sessions concentrating on aerobics plus either upper-body conditioning or lower-body exercises.
JANE FONDA'S STRESS WORKOUT: A 20-minute low-impact aerobic workout followed by 20-minute full body stretch and a 15-minute stress reduction program. Formerly titled "Jane Fonda's Light Aerobics and Stress Reduction Program."
