Description by OLDIES.com:
Courageous cattleman Buck Sinclair (Kermit Maynard) is hoping to purchase additional grasslands for his cattle and marry Beth Ringold (Mary Hayes), the attractive daughter of a nearby ranch owner.
Both of Sinclair's wishes are dashed when Beth's father and his ruthless partner, "Mileaway" Roberts, connive to drive Sinclair and other cattlemen out of business by thwarting the possibility of bank loans and tearing down their fences. When these tactics fail, Roberts and his henchmen resort to ambush and murder.
Kermit Maynard stars as Buck Sinclair, whose lease on his land is about to expire. His rival George Ringold (Sam Flint) will do whatever it takes to get his hands on the property, and to this end he hires Roberts (John Merton) and his crew of men to help him. But George happens to be the father of Buck's fiancée Beth (Mary Hayes), so Buck sets out to prove to him that his newfound business partners are nothing but a band of crooks, criminals, and killers. Budd Buster costars as Maynard's comical sidekick.
