Adam Cramer (Shatner) is a young white man who rails against the evils of integrating the races in the early 1960s, when school desegregation was being ordered by the government. Eventually his rallying develops into an out-of-control mob situation. Roger Corman directed from a script by Charles Beaumont, one of the writers of THE TWILIGHT ZONE TV series.
