Blimps (not calvary) to the rescue!

An early Bob Steele western, this is a good introduction to Mr Steele's movie work if you are only familar to him as "Duffy" on F-Troop.
Bob goes searching for evil doers and all around polecats in the Hidden Valley, and is assisted by the Goodyear blimp!
My pal Melvin Moffat, President of the American Blimp Watchers Brigade, identifies the blimp as the Goodyear blimp "Volunteer", which was assigned to west coast service (Los Angeles) in 1929. Moffat would have forwarded these facts to Alpha video himself, but he was insulted that Alpha called a blimp, a dirigible. You know how sensitive these blimp guys are.
PS-There is no musical soundtrack in this movie, which the director uses to great benefit in an ambush scene.
