SEAL CQB-Close Quarter Battle Tactics (70 mins.): SEALs Close Quarter Battle Tactics features special warfare methods for handgun, tactical shotgun, and submachine gun featuring doorways, cornering, proper use of cover, gun fighting along and in teams, and dynamic room entries with or without hand grenades. The film really starts to rock when the SEALs are joined by the local SWAT Team, who shows up with a van load of custom subguns. Later a Federal Tactical Team from an unnamable agency crashes in with Colt SMG's and starts bettering down doors. Then the State Highway Patrol screeches in and demonstrates car-to-car gun fighting and tactical driving.

SEAL H2H-Hand To Hand (60 mins.): Before a US Navy SEAL is certified, he is given more than a quarter million dollars worth of training! This training entails combat diving, parachuting, physical conditioning and special weapons training. The core of the SEALs extraordinary training is mental conditioning. The SEAL program has found that a human being is capable of ten times his normal physical capacity, so long as his mind accepts no limitations. This philosophy is the basis of the self-defense system outlined in this program. SEAL Hand To Hand features both real U.S. Navy SEALs and contract professionals who train actual SEAL teams. SEAL Knife (60 mins.): The U.S. Navy SEALS are America's ultimate martial artists. A SEAL must be an expert parachutist, scuba diver, combat swimmer and SpecWar soldier to make the grade.
