Ranch owner Mary Scott accuses her foreman, Bob Wilson (Kermit Maynard), of rustling. With help from his sidekick Spud, Bob busts out of jail intent on finding the man who framed him. The crooked Mr. Flemming (John Merton) is trying to swindle Mary, knowing there are valuable mineral deposits on her land. She sells him the ranch, but a double-cross with the deed enables Bob to discover Flemming's true purpose. Kermit Maynard, brother of cowboy idol Ken, stars with his faithful horse Rocky in this Ambassador Pictures' action-adventure.
