El Shaitan, the mysterious and diabolical leader of the Devil's Circle, a group who are plotting an Arab rebellion against the Foreign Legion, is to blame. It's up to Tom's sweetheart Elaine (Ruth Hall) and the trustworthy Three Musketeers, Clancy (Jack Mulhall), Renard (Raymond Hatton) and Schmidt (Francis X.
