"King of the Cowboys" Roy Rogers is mistaken for a notorious gunslinger when he arrives in Tombstone, a lawless frontier town. The corrupt mayor has sent for the hired gun in order to strong-arm the town into obeying his will. Roy Rogers and his pal Gabby, unaware of the mayor's plan, agree to help him restore law and order.
