An American patrol must cross into enemy territory on skis in an attempt to blow up a strategically placed railroad bridge. The troop is led by a tough-as-nails sergeant and a green and untested lieutenant. The mission is threatened by constant bombardment from relentless Nazi soldiers and hostile confrontations with German civilians including a seductive fraulein. Shot back-to-back with Gene Corman's Beast Of Haunted Cave in Deadwood, South Dakota, Ski Troop Attack utilized much of the same cast and crew. Roger Corman himself can be seen playing a Nazi leader (with his lines dubbed into German). This was also Corman's first attempt at directing a war movie, a genre he revisited only two more times in his career - The Secret Invasion (1964) and Von Richthofen And Brown (1970).
Corman is a Nazi on skis in this cheapy war story.

ANOTHER ROGER DORMAN CLASSIC ON DVD!!
Movie Lover: Kevin Coon from Twin Falls, ID US -- April, 10, 2003
Roger Corman is known for making low budget and entertaining horror films, but he has also made films in every other genre as well. Here is Ski Troop Attack and it's about a small group of US soldiers that must blow up a Nazi bridge. Great cast headed by Michael Forest. Very good to see Alpha put this out on DVD. The print quality is a good as expected. If you like action adventure films you won't be disappointed. Thanks Alpha.
