Neal was framed by his partner and put in jail for four years. He lost his business and lost his woman, but now he's back and he's looking for revenge. Neal's swindling ex-partner is about to get taken for everything he's got-and then some.

Plot Synopsis:

After doing time for a crime he didn't commit, Neal Skinner is out for revenge. The target of his wrath is Ebet Berens, his ex-partner at the San Diego racetrack, who set him up to take the fall in a jewel heist, and then seduced his girlfriend. Neal's scheme involves another hold-up -- and this time Ebet goes to jail. Then Neal can reclaim the affections of his lovely lady. But there's an irate cop named Leland who can tell that something sinister is afoot. And now there's a high-stakes game being played for $5 million, precious jewels, and the love of a gorgeous woman.
