Comic book artist Bill Harrison (Allyn Joslyn) has a beautiful and very understanding wife (Evelyn Keyes). But the police department, especially Lieutenant Washburn (Edgar Buchanan) and Sergeant Erwin (Frank Jenks), don't understand why he's always poking his nose into trouble. When a man he was supposed to have picked up at the train station ends up dead, Harrison becomes suspicious and begins to investigate the dead man's beautiful widow (Marguerite Chapman), and the other strange characters who were at hand, making the investigation more complicated than the plot of this convoluted -- but charming -- comedy suspense. Newly remastered.
