Description by OLDIES.com:

Throughout the 1970s and still today, Ernie Watts' signature sound has found its way onto the recordings of music's biggest names. Watts' reed work can be heard on numerous classic recordings from artists such as Arturo Sandoval, Sergio Mendez, Cannonball Adderley, Oliver Nelson, and Toots Thielmans to name but a few. His strengths, however, are much more ubiquitous than the jazz realm, having played on sessions for pop's most respected artists, namely Quincy Jones, Whitney Houston, Chaka Khan, Frank Zappa, Julio Iglesias, Joe Cocker and Bonnie Raitt, as well as joining The Rolling Stones on stage for their 1981 U.S. Tour. This live performance by The Ernie Watts Quartet, featuring Ernie Watts (saxophone), Joe Debartalow (bass), Bob Laderbarrow (drums) and Pat Qual (keyboards), was filmed at the St Anthony Main Street Festival in 1986. The setlist includes "No Doubt About It," "Urban Renewal," "Skylark," "Looking Glass," "Bullet Train," "Coffee Achievers" and "Savage Bliss."

Product Description:
