Plot Synopsis:

This fact-based film tells the tragic story of Hank Gathers, a talented college basketball player with severe heart problems. Gathers made the difficult decision not to take his medicine because it made him sluggish and unable to play well. As a result, he suffered a heart attack and died, still very young, during a game.
