The Rarities Edition of Bat Out of Hell II spins off the second disc from Universal's Deluxe Edition of Meat Loaf's 1993 album, which itself wound up collecting the various radio edits of the singles or remixes of four of the album's 11 songs (the breakdown: four versions of "Objects in the Rear View Mirror May Appear Closer Than They Are," two versions of "I'd Do Anything for Love [But I Won't Do That]," three of "Life Is a Lemon and I Want My Money Back," and two of "Rock and Roll Dreams Come Through"). ~ Stephen Thomas Erlewine
