Vol. 1 focused on Cudi's dreams and nightmares but here he introduces Mr. Ranger, a rapper who lives in our world and is forced to deal with the realities of 2010. Guest rappers Snoop Dogg and Cage plus producers like Kanye West, the Neptunes, and Ratatat all help Cudi deliver the Ranger's story.
