Product Description:

This accordion-laced, brass-punchy Brazilian/world percussion outfit is led by the extrovert drummer Cyro Baptista in a pulsating set that includes tracks by Trey Anastasio, Nana Vasconcelos, and an inspired version of Led Zeppelin's "Immigrant Song." The pace is frantic--think carnival marching bands in Rio--save for the laid-back, jazzy "Tap on the Cajon" and the almost folky "Maria Teresa," and the mood is as upbeat as the tempo.
