Man Or Amoeba (October 27, 1963) - "There is no life on Mars!" That's the finding of space scientist Professor Newton Jennings' latest study. So when Martin helps Angela write a science report on the subject that states otherwise, the teacher calls it "scatterbrained rubbish" and Angela gets an 'F'. Martin is insulted. He doesn't want to take blame for the Professor's faulty science. So he and Tim pay the eminent scholar a visit and Martin telepathically suggests a theory to the Professor that just may accelerate the evolution of science, and get Angela the 'A' she deserves.
The Man On The Couch (November 3, 1963) - L.A.'s having a heat wave and that's not cool when you're a Martian. With no relief in sight, Martin's need for rarified air becomes critical - a problem he solves by lifting off the top of a nearby water tower. But when a passerby spots Martin, he thinks the worst - that Martin's going to jump - and calls the police. As a crowd gathers, a cop on a bullhorn tries to talk Martin down and Tim arrives to cover the story. Martin insists he has no intention of jumping, but when he finally climbs down, he's taken to a psychiatric ward where, with no problems of his own to discuss, he ends up analyzing the psychiatrist.
A Loaf Of Bread, A Jug Of Wine And Peaches (November 10, 1963) - Martin is writing a journal about his adventures on earth when Tim experiences "love at first sight." Intrigued, Martin decides an unknown emotion would be great material for his book but realizes the best way to write about it is to experience it himself. That's when he sees Peaches in the park and instantly gets the feeling. The feeling is mutual. Peaches is an exotic dancer who is looking for an honest relationship - she's tired of all the stories men have been telling her. So Martin, having lost control of his emotions, tells her the truth about everything - including the fact he's from Mars!
Includes four classic episodes from the sitcom about a man and his roommate, Uncle Martin, a stranded Martian with unusual abilities. Episodes included: "Man or Amoeba," "The Man on the Couch," "A Loaf of Bread, A Jug of Wine, and Peaches," and "The Awful Truth."
