Hard rock tracks such as "Heartbreaker," "You Better Run," "Hit Me With Your Best Shot," and "Hell Is for Children," which defined an era of FM radio, are here in abundance. More tender songs such as "We Belong," "Wuthering Heights," and "Shooting Star" (her tribute to Harry Chapin) show off Benatar's multi-octave range. Pat also delivers the blues on "Payin' the Cost to Be the Boss" and "True Love." "Rescue Me" from the SPEED soundtrack is one of the many lost classics in this set.
