Who better than former 1970s sensation Donny Osmond to sing the ultimate love songs of the polyester era? This 2007 collection finds the now-middle-aged singer in fine voice, as he presents some interesting song choices. While not technically love songs, Ace's cool-as-a-cucumber "How Long" and Johnny Nash's ebullient "I Can See Clearly Now" are given expert readings, and Osmond gives credible performances of the ultra-funky Billy Preston hit "Will it Go Round in Circles" and Bread's wedding-ceremony classic "If."
