Product Description:

This popular television cartoon from the 1980s starred the clueless, bumbling, harebrained Inspector Gadget, the man with seemingly endless robotic gizmos and whirligigs emerging from his body and clothing. Reoccurring devices included the Gadget Skates that came out of the bottom of his shoes, the Gadget Mallet that rose out of the top of his head held by a robotic hand, his Gadget Neck capable of stretching to great lengths, and the Gadget Spring that popped out of his head and saved him many times as he fell straight down from enormous heights. Inspector Gadget activated his devices with the trademark command, "Go, go, Gadget Arms!" (Or "Gadget Hat!", "Gadget Skis!", "Gadget Umbrella!", etc.) However, the Gadget's gadgets had a humorous propensity to misfire, with the wrong device springing into action, usually at perfectly inopportune moments.

Inspired by such detective parodies as THE PINK PANTHER and GET SMART (Don Adams, star of GET SMART, does the voice of Inspector Gadget), INSPECTOR GADGET zings and pops with slapstick humor and guileless charm. This release contains all three seasons of the television series.
