The series continues with another action-packed martial arts and kickboxing showdown. This time, martial arts expert and cop John Keller, gains access to death row in order to find out who's behind the killings of a number of inmates. He ends up joining the inmates in battle for the enjoyment of the sadistic warden. Afterwards the best fighters are taken to Caesar, a very peculiar madman, to battle in the ancient Japanese event of Kumite.
