His 1973 hit "Soul Makossa" brought him to the attention of fans the world over, and opened the doors on a long and illustrious career, characterized by tireless touring with his excellent backing band. Here, a riveting live performance by the group features a strong percussion section, vibes, call-and-response singing, and incredible dancing, all topped off with Dibango's incredible saxophone playing.
