The great tenor Alfredo Kraus is shown performing classic pieces in unusual concert settings. Accompanied solely by piano, Kraus performs in a series of spacious nineteenth century rooms, in palatial settings that provide excellent acoustics. This spare presentation, without costumes, sets and orchestra focuses all the viewer's attention on Kraus' warm tenor tones. Among the pieces performed are: "Nunca Olvida," "Elegie," "Enel Fondo de la Mina," "Dedicatoria (piano solo)," and "Zueignung."
