Tim McCoy stars as Pecos Grant in this 1932 classic Western. When his rambling ways take him through an unfamiliar town, he is surprised to find himself recognized by virtually all the townsfolk--sort of. They all know him as Jim Rawlins, presumed dead for five years, and even Rawlins' wife Helena (Shirley Grey) can't see a difference between the two. Sheriff Lew Collins (Walter Brennan) advises the cowboy to keep up the ruse, so Grant stays on at Helena's ranch, soon exposing a conspiracy against her. Orchestrated by one Utah Becker (Wheeler Oakman), who happens to have been Jim's mortal enemy, a group of Helena's hired hands are stealing her cattle.
