"Cheech and Chong have a good time with THINGS ARE TOUGH ALL OVER, and you will too..."
In this, their fourth film, Cheech & Chong play dual roles. The boys play Arabian brothers Prince Habib (Tommy Chong) and Mr. Slyman (Cheech Marin), who hire the "real" Cheech and Chong to drive a car--filled with 5 million dollars--from Chicago to Las Vegas. Needless to say, the trip is not uneventful. After the boneheaded boys sell pieces of the car to make the trip, their employers want to kill them! Slightly lighter on the marijuana humor than their previous efforts, THINGS ARE TOUGH ALL OVER is also regarded by many fans as one of the dopey duo's best screen efforts.
