Product Description:

Shirley is a talented orphan who lands in a hotel for entertainers. When the crusty old owner threatens (Edna Oliver) to turn her out, Little Miss Broadway kicks up her heals to the tune of "Be Optimistic," "If All the World Were Paper" and more.
