In his first starring role, Christopher Walken portrays Pvt. James Reese, an American soldier stationed in Germany. Reese is filled with inexplicable rage and plagued by uncontrollable aggression, which eventually lands him in serious trouble. After injuring his arms in a fight, his superior officers send him to a strange and secluded country mansion, supposedly to receive psychiatric treatment for his violent behavior. Surrounded by barbed wire and guard dogs, Reese suspects the facility is hiding a more sinister agenda. The terrifying truth is unraveled as he discovers a secret military project involving horrific experiments on the human brain ... and he has just become the next guinea pig!
