Plot Synopsis:

After doing time for a crime he didn't commit, Neal Skinner is out for revenge. The target of his wrath is Ebet Berens, his ex-partner at the San Diego racetrack, who set him up to take the fall in a jewel heist, and then seduced his girlfriend.
