Description by OLDIES.com:
In the brutal Italian ghettos of Rome, Tony (Harry Baer) works as a debt collector for small-time mobster Luigi (Edmund Purdom), but Tony dreams of one day striking it rich and leaving the mob for good. By chance, he meets the wisecracking Napoli (Vittorio Caprioli), another strong-arm enforcer who has just been beaten and fired by the ruthless crime boss "Mr. Scarface" Manzari (Jack Palance). In a flashback, it is revealed that many many years ago Manzari shot Tony's father (Fulvio Mingozzi), and that Tony, who was just a young boy at the time, had witnessed the murder. To avenge the death of his father, Tony hatches a scheme with Napoli to con Manzari out of a fortune. The plan is successful, but "Mr. Scarface" is not about to let them get away so easily!
Hitmen, cons, and thugs prevail in this brutally realistic crime drama. In the streets, might makes right, and Mister Scarface has plenty of fire power behind him. MISTER SCARFACE stars the inimitable Jack Palance in the title role.
